Ramen isn’t exactly a dish one would consider easy to transport. For one thing, it can spill. Also, depending on your order, it can get cold or go stale, which is kind of a big deal if we’re talking about any order that involves broth.
Thankfully, none of these seem to be an issue with Mendokoro Ramenba’s food truck. Yes, the ramen joint is now on the go, driving around Metro Manila to help satisfy people’s ramen cravings.
Some of the Mendokoro Ramenba’s food truck’s recent stops include Forbes Town in Bonifacio Global City and The Clubhouse in Quezon City.

Car lovers who happen to be on the hunt for a good bowl of ramen will be very pleased to know the truck’s next stop will be at the 2022 Philippine Motorsport Expo (PMX) at the Bluebay Walk in Pasay City from October 15 to 17.
If, however, you won’t be able to make it to the event, you should keep an eye on the official Mendokoro Ramenba Facebook page for the truck’s future stops. Either that or drop by one of the restaurant’s actual branches.
