Kawasaki just announced a handful of models for its 2021 lineup, starting with the upgraded flagship naked motorcycle, the Z H2 SE.

According to the Japanese company, “The next-level Z H2 SE hyper naked combines the balanced supercharged engine with premium components including Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension (KECS) with Showa Skyhook EERA Technology and Brembo Stylema calipers.”

The naked bike is powered by a 998cc DOHC, liquid-cooled, four-cylinder unit capable of 137Nm, paired to a Kawasaki Racing Team-inspired transmission. The riding dynamics are aided by stainless-steel-braided brake lines and an assist-and-slipper clutch.

The updated Z H2 SE features electronic cruise control, five riding modes (Sport, Road, Rain, Rider or Manual), Quick Shifter, Launch Control Mode, and Cornering Management Function. It also grants smartphone connectivity via Rideology the App.

The muscular appearance comes courtesy of the Sugomi design philosophy, which according to the product description “integrates aggressive lines with minimalist bodywork to draw attention to functional beauty.” Upfront, you get an all-digital TFT color instrument panel and full LED lighting.

The 2021 Kawasaki Z H2 SE comes in Golden Blazed Green/Metallic Diablo Black and retails for $19,700 (roughly P950,000). The brand also launched the KLX300, the KLX 300SM, and the Ninja ZX-10R and Ninja ZX-10RR superbikes.
