As a precautionary measure against the spread of COVID-19, the dealerships of Harley-Davidson of Cebu and Davao will be temporarily closed beginning March 23, 2020.

Owned and operated by businessman Regan King of RDAK Global Motors, the two dealerships will be closing after health authorities confirmed COVID-19 positive cases in Mandaue City. The Cebu showroom is located on Fortuna Street, Mandaue City, while the Davao showroom is in Agdao District, Davao City. The former caters to the entire Visayas region, and the latter is in charge of Mindanao.

The Cebu showroom of RDAK Powersports, the distributor of Cam-Am trikes and Sea-Doo jetskis, has also been shut down temporarily for the same reason.

The Department of Health–Davao Region reported on March 19 the death of three patients who were among the 54 persons under investigation (PUI) confined at the Southern Philippines Medical Center and the Davao Regional Medical Center. This prompted Mayor Sara Duterte of Davao City to order the temporary closure of shopping malls and other mixed-used buildings to prevent the spread of the deadly coronavirus.
