Christmas is just around the corner, and if you’re an off-roader, then you may want to add these race parts from Chevrolet Performance to your holiday wish list.
The parts are for the ZR2 Colorado, and were developed in partnership with Multimatic and Hall Racing. Off-road racer Chad Hall has driven the ZR2 equipped with the same parts over the last two years; his tour with the midsize pickup included a pre-run of the infamous Baja 1000 race.
The list of Chevy Performance parts up for sale include: front and rear long-travel DSSV shocks; front and rear jounce shock system; ball spline half-shafts; and a 1.5-inch body lift system. You can check Chevrolet’s official site for the full list.
“For the first time, you can buy the same Chevy Performance Parts that raced and won in the desert. All you need to add is the required safety equipment to build a pre-runner for scouting the Baja 1000 or a full-blown race truck capable of competing in the race itself,” says Mark Dickens, executive director of Chevrolet Performance variants, parts, and accessories and motorsports.
Granted, you’ll have to order these parts from the US if you want them. Any takers?
