Many of you who have dropped by the 2018 Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) did so for the newly launched cars, the concepts, and all the Instagram-worthy vehicles on display. That’s understandable—this is a car show, after all. But you might have missed Isuzu’s impressive commercial-vehicle showcase in the process.
The Japanese carmaker is flaunting a neat concept dubbed the VT02 at PIMS 2018. The VT02 is a lightweight truck equipped with a handful of tech that, in Isuzu’s words, is designed to “maximize loading efficiency, tuning performance, and fuel efficiency.” Basically, the VT02 is the future of commercial mobility.
Isuzu also launched the EXZ QL at PIMS 2018, a vehicle that it calls its “latest pride.” The EXZ QL promises a safe and comfortable driving experience, secure and easy handling, and good fuel efficiency.
Finally, fleet owners can check out the manufacturer’s aftermarket booth for a demonstration of the Isuzu Vehicle Health Report, a management tool that monitors Isuzu vehicles’ “health” via a data-recording module. The aim of this system is to increase efficiency, identify problems, and better maintain commercial fleets with Isuzu trucks and vehicles.
PIMS 2018 will run until this Sunday at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. If you’re a business owner, these are definitely offerings you’ll want to check out.
