This limited edition is based on the new-for-2020 F-Type R, and thus each car comes equipped with a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 kicking out 567hp and 699Nm of torque. The updated Rs are available only in all-wheel drive, and Jaguar claims you’ll hit 100kph from rest in just 3.7sec. Top speed sits at 300kph.

There are new dampers, anti-roll bars, and rear suspension knuckles for the R, and so, too for this Heritage Edition, while elsewhere inside, you get an aluminum console finisher “inspired by the E-Type’s rearview mirror casing,” and the all-important 60th anniversary logo on the headrests. A nice little touch is the E-Type 60 badging shared with the E-Type 60 Collection cars we saw earlier this year.

Wheels? Diamond-turned 20-inch forged alloys. Calipers? Black. Accents? Gloss-black and chrome. Price? Well, that’s a cool £122,500 (P7.94 million). Considerably more than a regular F-Type R, if an F-Type R can ever be called regular.

“Marrying E-Type-inspired detailing with new F-Type gave us an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the heritage of Jaguar’s legendary sports cars,” explains Clare Hansen, SVO’s director of vehicle personalization. “With unrivaled access to original drawings, paint codes, and reference materials, working hand in hand with our colleagues at Jaguar Classic, we’ve created a distinctive and highly collectible interpretation of the definitive Jaguar sports car.”

Collectible, sure, but worth the additional outlay? Let us know below. Green is a cool color, after all. While you decide, read our review of the 2020 F-Type R.
