Remember the Kia Forte? It was the Korean car manufacturer’s compact offering a few years
It was a shame seeing the Forte go. We even went so far as to call it one of the most underrated vehicles in the local market a couple of years ago thanks to its stylish looks, decent interior, competent powertrain, and excellent maneuverability.
Yes, the Forte is back. It was launched alongside the Stinger at the 2019 Manila International Auto Show earlier today. The unit displayed at MIAS, a white GT variant, flaunts sportier looks and a much more muscular stance compared to the generation we last had available in the Philippines.
Some of the all-new Forte’s eye-catching design bits include red accents on the car’s intricate, gloss-black tiger-nose grille, sleek swept-back headlights, dual tailpipes, and a very professional-looking rear end with a unified taillight. Inside, the GT unit features red stitching on the seats, the shift knob, and the flat-bottom steering wheel. There’s a floating infotainment screen, round A/C vents, and a sporty overall vibe, too. It’s definitely a looker inside and out.
No word on official engine specs, or exactly when this offering will become available, but MIAS sales agents did provide us with the vehicle’s prices and variants. Check them out below:
