The Mitsubishi e-Evolution concept is coming to PH

The 2018 Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) is on the way, and it looks like Mitsubishi's display is poised to be one of the most attention-grabbing at the event.

The Japanese carmaker has announced that it will be bringing in its e-Evolution crossover concept for PIMS 2018, giving Filipino car fans a chance to check out the future of Mitsubishi motoring. It fits right in with this year's PIMS theme, too: "Future Mobility."

If you managed to drop by last year's Tokyo Motor Show, chances are you came across the e-Evolution in the metal already. At the time, we described its design as something of a mix between a Mitsubishi Pajero and Lancer—an aesthetic we're certain gearheads here in the Philippines will fall head over heels for.

Other bits of this concept worth noting? It's electric-powered, boasts a low stance despite having a high ground clearance (hence the Pajero and Lancer comparison), and runs on the company's new S-AWD system. Oh, and this thing can drive itself, too.
