Ford PH website will use AI to answer questions you have about your car

There are two types of people when it comes to car owner’s manuals: Those who open it immediately after driving a car home, and those who can’t be bothered to read a single page until they notice something’s up with their ride. If you’re part of the latter bunch, the Ford Philippines website has a feature you might find useful.

Ask Ford has been around on the carmaker’s official Philippine website since early 2020. Basically, it’s a 24/7 self-service tool that lets you ask ownership and maintenance concerns. Artificial intelligence will then proceed to retrieve the most appropriate answers to your queries from its “Knowledge Repository” (a fancy term for database) system, your car’s owner’s manual, or official Ford sources online.

"With Ask Ford, we are able to engage and better serve our customers with an online tool that helps answer their questions about Ford products and services in an instant,” Joyce Laxamana, the brand’s director of customer service said in a statement.
