The COVID-19 pandemic has caused auto industry players to reassess their approach when it comes to how they face customers. Many have turned to the internet, focusing sales efforts on virtual showrooms and improved website services. This doesn’t mean traditional dealerships are being abandoned, though.
The Laus Group of Companies, for example, has taken steps to lure customers back to its Carworld Pampanga dealership in San Fernando under the new normal. Not only does the facility flaunt a new look courtesy of a recent renovation, but it also offers new services, too.
Besides the usual dealership sales and maintenance offerings and upgraded showroom, Carworld Pampanga now also offers vehicle disinfection, bulletproofing, and improved accessory installation services. Laus Group president Paul Laus says this is the company’s way of encouraging car buyers to continue being partners of growth.
“The refreshed look and new services in Carworld Pampanga’s showroom is our way of boosting economic activity in the region, and reflecting our optimism for new opportunities for the automobile industry that are yet to come despite the year that has been,” Laus said in a statement.
“This is our way of telling our customers that we are ready to work together to revitalize the economy and that we continue to be their partners as they ride towards growth again.”
We haven’t seen this place in person yet, but judging by the photo sent to us, it looks like quite the setup. The company also says Carworld Pampanga is now adorned in Christmas decorations to celebrate the 2020 holidays, too.
So, are you beginning to consider visiting a physical dealership again, or would you still rather play it safe and check cars out online?
