It looks like Foton is on a mission to expand its presence in the country. The Chinese carmaker's official distributor in the country, United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI), has now added Foton Quezon Avenue to its roster of dealerships.
The 19th showroom of the Chinese brand, Foton Quezon Avenue is operated by Manindra Auto Corporation, which runs a number of dealerships for two different automotive brands. The Quezon Avenue dealership's product offerings include passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks and heavy equipment.
"The first quarter of the year has proven itself to be very fruitful for us," said UAAGI president Rommel Sytin, who is confident in the partnership with Manindra. "First, there was the opening of the new assembly plant in Clark, and now this new milestone. With the support of the whole Quezon Avenue team, we are confident that this new showroom will be a significant contributor to the brand and the company's growth."
