Geely Cagayan de Oro, which is under the management of Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP) partner-dealer Grand Cars Inc., is now operational from 8am to 5:30pm, Mondays to Saturdays. It also serves customers from 9:30am to 12pm on Sundays.
“The opening of Geely Cagayan de Oro might have been pushed back because of the crisis, but here we are still making things possible for our customers. Geely Cagayan de Oro is finally opening its doors to the public,” Grand Cars Inc. president Jan Andrew Po said in a statement.
SGAP CEO Mikihasa Takayama, meanwhile, is excited over the prospect of bringing Geely cars and tech to Filipinos in Northern Mindanao.
“Buyers of brand-new vehicles in Cagayan de Oro and nearby towns will now have access to the advanced technology and outstanding vehicle performance Geely has to offer,” Takayama said. “We also promise a new level of customer experience as we adopt the Geely brand’s same high global standards in all our facilities and customer handling to the utmost satisfaction of our customers.”

In case you missed it, here’s everything you need to know about that model, as well as our detailed review of its Sport DCT variant. The Chinese carmaker’s second offering in the country, the Azkarra compact SUV, was launched just a couple of months ago, and gained attention thanks to its competitive pricing and mild-hybrid option. You can read our impressions here.
So, any of you guys from Cagayan de Oro planning to drop by Geely’s newest dealership?
