Grab is bringing its GrabExpress delivery service to Iloilo, Davao, Pampanga, and Bacolod in an effort to help people outside Metro Manila cope with the enhanced quarantine period.

Users in the aforementioned areas can now open their apps and select the delivery service, the company says. Customers can choose two options: GrabExpress Instant or GrabExpress Pabili.

GrabExpress Instant is the conventional delivery process wherein you can send everyday items such as food, medical supplies, and documents to a destination with the ability to track your package. GrabExpress Pabili, meanwhile, will pair you with a rider who will buy items for you from a store. The former service starts at P49, while the latter has a maximum amount of P2,000 per transaction.

While Grab’s ride-hailing operations have been hampered by the Luzon-wide enhanced quarantine period and the public transportation ban, its delivery services continue to serve customers albeit with a smaller, skeletal delivery fleet. No doubt users looking for a quick food fix are grateful for its continued operation.
