We’ve got a little something that we suggest potential car buyers check out: the Mitsubishi Rollback Promo.
This is the latest offering from Mitsubishi Motor Philippines (MMPC), and with it the Japanese carmaker is rolling back the prices of two popular, locally made vehicles—the Mirage G4 (GLX MT) and the L300 (cab-and-chassis)—to circa 2013 figures.
This means that this Mirage G4 variant (priced at P735,000) is now available for just P528,000. That’s a P207,000 discount. Meanwhile, the L300 (priced at P804,000) can now be had for only P698,000. That equates to an eye-watering P106,000 discount. Hot damn.
“We at MMPC acknowledge the importance of having a dependable personal vehicle during these very trying times,” said MMPC president and CEO Mutsuhiro Oshikiri. “We are offering the Mitsubishi Price Rollback promo to support the Filipino community in their need of a personal or business vehicle. The Mitsubishi Mirage G4 and L300 are both made here in the Philippines and it is only fitting that these vehicles serve the current transportation need of the Filipino people.”
The Mirage G4 GLX MT packs a 1.2-liter in-line-three MIVEC engine that generates 77hp and 100Nm of torque. This is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox that sends power to the front wheels.
The L300, on the other hand, is the second coming of one of the Philippines’ most legendary workhorses. This updated model that was just launched back in October 2019 has been given an all-new, Euro-4 compliant 2.2-liter CRDi turbodiesel mill. It’s cleaner, more efficient, and more powerful, and not to mention it’s capable of 98hp and 200Nm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
Has this piqued your interest? If so, then take note that this offer from MMPC is only available until September 30, 2020.
