Was your car damaged by flood when Typhoon Rolly and Ulysses hit last month? Then there’s a good chance you’re still dealing with getting your vehicle back to proper working order. If your ride is a Mitsubishi, however, this process may hurt your wallet considerably less than if you owned any other brand.
Mitsubishi Motor Philippines (MMPC) has announced that flood-damaged Mitsubishis and their owners can avail of discounts on flood-related parts and repair services provided their invoice (for parts and services) is between November 16, 2020 to January 31, 2021. Check out these deals:
MMPC flood-damaged car assistance
- 30% discount on all electronic control units (ECU) such as the engine, transmission, SRS airbags, and the Mitsubishi Electronic Time and Alarm Control System (ETACS)
- 20% discount on related components such as electrical, body, engine, and maintenance parts (excluding lubricants)
- 10% discount on labor
Not bad. MMPC says that its dealerships will have dedicated areas for servicing flood-damaged rides, as well as dedicated teams of service advisors and technicians tasked with repairing these vehicles. The company is also recommending that owners book appointments through the Mitsubishi Connect app.
“Our goal is to get our customers mobile again so that they may return back to their normal routines,” MMPC aftersales parts and accessories head Rodhan Baller said in a statement. “Through the Mitsubishi Repair Assistance Program, typhoon-damaged vehicles will be looked after, and returned to their optimal state whenever possible, so that the impact of these natural calamities on our customers will be minimized.”
Well, at least that’s one financial burden you’ll have to worry less about this Christmas season. Will you be availing of this program?
