Are you a SsangYong owner? If yes, you'll be glad to know that SsangYong Philippines has just announced it will be applying a new value-added package for any of its vehicles sold November 2016 and onward.

The move comes in an effort to keep all locally-sold SsangYong cars in ideal working condition. Included in the package are free parts and labor for periodic maintenance (up to three years or 60,000km) and a five-year or 100,000km warranty (whichever comes first) for brand new vehicles.  The company is also guaranteeing that older SsangYong models sold locally will be accepted for servicing at its Quezon Avenue and Cebu dealerships.

SsangYong Berjaya Motor Corporation managing director Dave Macasadia assures customers that the company's dealerships are prepared and equipped to provide parts and services for both old and new vehicles: "Our aim is to not only provide Filipinos with high quality affordable cars, but we also strive to deliver total customer satisfaction by ensuring top-level service to make owning a SsangYong a pleasing experience."

The executive adds that this new PMS and warranty package is a good start to achieving this goal. Last year marked the Korean carmaker's official comeback to the Philippine market. Hopefully, putting an emphasis on aftersales satisfaction will further push the brand's resurgence locally.
