Toyota PH is now adjusting to the new normal

COVID-19 will change how we buy cars

The country’s largest carmaker is beginning to adjust to life under the new normal.

To date, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has opened a total of 19 dealerships in general community quarantine (GCQ) areas across Luzon, Visaya, and Mindanao. Temperature checks, disinfection of entire facilities, and the observance of social distancing measures are now standard procedures at the following Toyota establishments:

Luzon

  1. Toyota La Union
  2. Toyota Isabela
  3. Toyota Tuguegarao
  4. Toyota Calapan
  5. Toyota Puerto Princesa
  6. Toyota Camarines Sur

Visayas

  1. Toyota Roxas
  2. Toyota Negros Occidental
  3. Toyota Tagbilaran
  4. Toyota Tacloban
  5. Toyota Calbayog
  6. Toyota Dumaguete
  7. Toyota Aklan

Mindanao

  1. Toyota Cagayan de Oro
  2. Toyota Iligan
  3. Toyota Valencia
  4. Toyota General Santos
  5. Toyota Kidapawan
  6. Toyota Butuan

“While we are facing challenging times, this also presents an opportunity to come back better and stronger, to review our current processes and find improvements, to constantly provide ever better products and services, and to make our team members’, customers’, and partners’ lives safer and more convenient,” TMP president Atsuhiro Okamoto said in a recent statement.

“The new normal will take a while to get used to, but together, we can overcome this. Stay home, stay safe, and please observe precautionary measures if you need to go out.”

To make ownership more convenient for its customers, TMP has also extended payment terms and expiring insurance policies, and is giving cars scheduled for periodic maintenance service a grace period. The company is also encouraging everyone to book appointments via MyToyotaPH.
