We’re in the end game now. Expressway operators are doing everything in their power to comply with the government’s new cashless transaction requirements, and many motorists are still having a difficult time getting their hands on RFID tags.
To keep up with demand, both Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) and San Miguel Corporation (which are responsible for Easytrip and Autosweep RFID compliance, respectively) have begun rolling out 24-hour RFID installation sites.
For those looking to equip their vehicle with an Easytrip RFID tag, below is a list of MPTC’s 24-hour installation sites along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), the Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX), and the Cavite–Laguna Expressway (CALAX):
