It's coming up to road trip season. As every motorist should know, it's important to make sure that your car is in perfect working order before you set off on your trip. Luckily, the kind folks over at Petron are happy to lend you a hand. Now on its 30th year, the fuel company's Lakbay Alalay motorist assistance program is back once again to help everyone have a safe and hassle-free time on the road.
From October 28 to November 1 this year, motorists can avail of free safety checks at select service stations to ensure that their vehicle is in roadworthy condition. Also available will be free 15-minute massages and medical assistance. Plus, Petron's food and lifestyle partners will provide other fun freebies and activities.
As part of its advocacy to educate motorists on road safety, Petron will also offer a virtual reality experience for customers to experience seatbelt safety through a simulator. In addition, you can also experience the hazards of drunk driving via the Fatal Vision goggles.
