Northerners and those headed to the northern parts of Luzon this week, take note: The North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Corporation has already released its roadwork schedule and lane closures on NLEX and the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX), for the period of October 1 to 7, 2018.
The scheduled roadwork includes regular maintenance and improvements, bridge repair, and drainage enhancement along sections of the two expressways. Take note that for the entire week, there will be drainage enhancement on a portion of the Balintawak southbound ramp going to EDSA, from 10pm to 4am.
Here are the specific dates and affected areas, so you can plan your trips accordingly—we've got a brand-new month ahead of us, and nobody wants their stress levels to be spiking early on in October:
