We’re quite big on gaming here at Top Gear Philippines. Across the team, we’ve played all PlayStation and Xbox generations and owned multiple Nintendo consoles, among many others.
We’re also quite fond of shoes. We wouldn’t call ourselves sneakerheads, but some of us here stay up to date on the latest kicks in the market. Anyway, we’re saying all of these because Reebok just dropped its collab with PlayStation to mark the legendary console’s 30th anniversary.

The new PlayStation Reebok 30th Anniversary Collection features three new region-specific kicks that draw inspiration from ’90s culture and honor the legacy of the two brands. They’re all finished in the classic PlayStation gray colors.

The first of the three is the PlayStation Reebok Workout Plus pictured above. It comes in two lace options, with a removable lacelock cable attachment that mimics the original PlayStation plug-in port. The console logos are also stitched on the sides and the tongue of the shoe. The sockliners are also colored in ‘anniversary grey.’
Next up is the Reebok Pump Omni Zone II shown below. Reebok calls this the ‘ultimate throwback sneakers.’ True enough, it does have the most classic high-cut sneaker look with a custom pump ball on the tongue. The same optional port-like lace is available and with metal tips.

Last among the three is the Reebok Instapump Fury 94 which pays homage to the original console with a pump ball with a ‘Press Play’ feature and a mamory card design on the tongue. It has a quirkier and more unorthodox retro look than the other two in this collection.
The PlayStation Reebok 30th Anniversary Collection will only be available in select regions. First is the Workout Plus dropping at END. in the UK on October 15th, next is the Pump Omni Zone II at CNCPTS in New York on October 17, and last is the Instampump Fury 94 at Beams in Japan on October 24th. Would you cop one if you had the chance? If so, which would you get?
