We’re nearing the end of 2025 (already, yes), and Harley-Davidson has revamped its local lineup with a new range of cruiser models. The American motorcycle brand revealed its updated models at the launch event themed ‘Beyond The Ordinary’ held at the Ayala Museum.

Headlining this roster are the three new Milwaukee-Eight 117 engines, improved and tuned for performance, tailor-fit for every different Harley. The first is the Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic, the engine powering the Street Bob and Heritage Classic models. This puts out 98hp and 163Nm of torque and promises a performance boost from the 114 powertrain it replaces.

Second of the trio is the Milwaukee-Eight 117 Custom, which puts out 6% more power and 5% more torque than the Classic, and 11% more horsepower and 6% more torque than its predecessor. Specifically, it churns out 104hp and 171Nm of torque. This engine is available in the Fat Boy and Breakout models.

Third is the Milwaukee-Eight 117 H.O. or ‘High Output.’ As the name suggests, it’s a more performance-oriented configuration of the new 117 engine, putting out 114hp and 174Nm of torque, with its power band higher up in the rev range compared to the other powertrains. It’s available in the Low Rider S and Low Rider ST models.

In total, six bikes have been updated, all of which were mentioned previously: the Low Rider S, Low Rider ST, Breakout, Heritage Classic, Fat Boy, and Street Bob. Let’s run them down from the least expensive to the most.

The Street Bob gets a new ‘stretched diamond’ tank medallion and can be had with optional tubeless laced wheels. It still has Annihilator cast aluminum wheels, a chopped rear fender, a solo seat with a separate pillion, and a mini-ape high-rise handlebar. It starts at P1.23 million.

The Low Rider S features a refreshed look sprinkled with new red accents as well as a restyled taillight. It gets a color-matched mini-fairing up front, a one-inch moto handlebar mounted on four-inch pull-back risers, and a single seat. The Low Rider S starts at P1.5 million.

The Low Rider ST gets similar red accents and reworked taillight as the S, but is fitted with a new single exhaust and can be had with optional chrome trim. Prices for this start at P1.64 million.

The Heritage Classic features a new paint trajectory pinstriping across all available colorways, as well as mixed black and chrome finishes derived from past Heritage models. It sits on new nine-spoke black cast wheels and comes with a single exhaust and sealed and lockable saddlebags. The Heritage Classic starts at P1.59 million.

Next up is the Fat Boy, which gets refreshed paint and graphics and also comes with a new chrome tank medallion with a centered star and a trailing wing. It gets a bright chrome exhaust, rear fender struts, and engine rocker boxes and covers. The Fat Boy stickers for P1.64 million. Harley-Davidson also showcased the Fat Boy Icon Gray Ghost, a limited-edition bike built in celebration of the famed cruiser nameplate’s 35th anniversary. Only 1,990 units were produced, and the lone unit during the launch has already been spoken for. The tag on this is a staggering P2.8 million.

Rounding up the lineup is the Breakout. It gets a new 5.75-inch round headlamp up front for that fresh look, along with refreshed paint and graphics on the fuel tank. Chrome finishes on the exhaust, side covers, rear fender supprts, and tank console further add some shine to the look. Prices for these start at P1.72 million.
