Unit reservations and servicing can now be made via Yamaha’s new mobile app

It only takes a short trip around the metropolis to see how far the motorcycle industry has gone. And these days, the challenge for manufacturers is to meet sky-high demands from both potential customers and current owners.

That high demand also means that dealerships and service centers are now filled to the brim, day in and day out. Motorcycle owners who wish to have their units serviced at the casa need to come in early, lest they end up at the tail end of long queues. Buyers now also need to deal with long lines, not just for unit reservations but even for mere inquiries as well.

Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) wants to have a systematic solution for all that through its latest creation: the Rev Buddy mobile app. This software can help save thousands of people a lot of time and resources.

It allows potential buyers to reserve the motorcycle model they want, and see where is the nearest Yamaha 3S Shop that has the unit in stock. It also lets current Yamaha owners book a servicing appointment at least two days in advance of their preferred schedule.

As an added bonus, Rev Buddy users are also treated to regular updates on the latest Yamaha products and events, and they can also purchase various brand merchandise through their smartphones. Compatibility is also not an issue since the app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
