Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) recently donated an L300 Versa Van to the Arnel Pineda Foundation, Inc. (APFI) which will be used as a mobile school to help alleviate illiteracy.

“We believe that through our sincere commitment and partnership with organizations like the APFI, our humble efforts will contribute and live up to our philosophy to fulfill our commitment on enriching the society especially the youth,” said Masahiko Ueki, president and chief executive of Mitsubishi Motor Philippines.

Also in line with Mitsubishi Motors Philippines’ corporate social responsibility aimed at helping the youth, the Japanese carmaker recently turned over cash grants and basic school supplies to support the education of pre-school children in Barangay San Juan, Cainta.

“MMPC will incessantly support organizations that nurture and give highest value to education and youth development,” the company said in a statement. Philippine Car News - Mitsubishi Philippines' donation to the Arnel Pineda Foundation
