Bumper to Bumper unites different car clubs anew on its fifth edition as it attempts to break its previous record of bringing together more than 200 cars in one venue.

After hitting an attendance of 248 cars last year, Bumper to Bumper is now looking at almost 300 vehicles parked and outshining each other at the SM Mall of Asia concert ground. Car clubs at the show include Team Fit, Girl Racers Club, Team Rage, Altis Club and Club AE.

Bumper to Bumper is the first and only car show that divides its competing entries into three different levels of competition: Pro, Novice, and Street categories. This way, car enthusiasts go up against those in their level, making the playing field fair for all. Some of the awards up for grabs on Sunday night are the Top Gear Philippines' Best of Show, FHM Philippines' Sexiest Ride, and Bumper to Bumper's Best Car Club.

To add to this year's fun, Bumper to Bumper is hosting staging a time-attack contest using 1:10-scale remote control cars run on a track specifically designed for racing and exhibition. Other activities that are sure to entertain everyone are the FHM bikini fashion show at 9p.m. on Saturday followed by a party complete with ledge dancers.

This early, Bumper to Bumper organizers are already planning to mount the first Bumper to Bumper Jr. Edition featuring radio-controlled cars.

Bumper to Bumper V runs until 11 p.m. on December 5 and resumes at 10 a.m. on December 6. Entrance is free.
