BMW Philippines has added another plug-in hybrid to its lineup by way of the new 750e xDrive. This also marks the third 7-Series on offer in the country, following the fully electric i7 and the combustion-engined 735i.
Interestingly, this plug-in hybrid 7 is the most accessible of the bunch, coming in at P7.99 million. While that is certainly more than an arm and a leg, it undercuts both the P10.39 million i7 and the P8.99 million 735i by a sizeable margin.

All while still advertising a luxuriously comfortable ride, especially for the executives sitting in the backseat. Like the other 7-Series models, all passengers can adjust their seats and individual climate settings through a wide range of configurations. The cabin is dressed in Veganza alternative leather, with accents of limewood. Motorized sun blinds are reserved for the passengers in the back, and the adaptive two-axle air suspension should further cushion the ride.

Under the hood, the 750e gets a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine, paired with a single electric motor. It’s then mated to an automatic eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission. Overall, the powertrain outputs 489hp and 700Nm of torque, which should make the 0-100kph run in just 4.8sec.

And being an xDrive model, this 7 utilizes an AWD system. In terms of driving range, it’s rated for about 750km when fully charged and gassed up. BMW also claims that 86km can be driven on pure electric power.
Outside, the sedan looks almost identical to the 735i, sporting that signature kidney grille and those menacingly thin headlights. It rides on two-tone 20-inch alloys to give off a sporty and classy look.
Given its price and power output, is this the 7-Series to have in 2026? Sound off in the comments.
