Gasoline up by P1.50, diesel by 50 centavos

Local oil firms are jacking up gasoline prices by another P1.50 due to higher production costs.

Diesel and kerosene prices, meanwhile, are now 50 centavos higher.

This round of oil price hikes was initiated by Pilipinas Shell, which implemented its adjustment at 12:01 a.m.

It was followed by Total Philippines' implementation at 6 a.m.

By 12:00 noon today, pump prices in stations of Petron Corp. will also be up by the same rates.
