At the 2011 staging of the Pikes Peak International Hillclimb race, Monster Sport's Nobuhiro Tajima was sponsored by high-definition camera brand GoPro. It was inevitable then that a video of his run will go up online--whether or not he breaks the 10-minute mark.

As we all know now, Tajima broke the once-untouchable 10-minute record by completing the race at 9 minutes and 51.278 seconds. So if you want to see what's it like to drive in a race that involves tackling a 19.99-kilometer track that, for most of the year, is actually a public road while climbing up a height of 4, 721 feet to reach the summit, check out GoPro's video below.
