If the Pokemon-like styling of the current i10 isn’t to your liking, perhaps you’ll like what Hyundai did to refresh the compact hatchback in time for the Paris Motor Show.
A new and aggressive front fascia replaces the styling of the one currently sold globally. A one-piece, two-tiered grille replaces the small, singular affair found in the old design while smoked headlamps contribute to the refreshed i10’s assertive styling. Triangular fog lamps replace the recessed round ones and the side moldings are now body-colored. The front bumper molding, though, is now gone.
Besides the exterior touchup, the i10 will also get a one-liter engine that produces just 99 grams per kilometer of carbon dioxide emissions.
The facelifted Hyundai i10 will go on sale in early 2011.
