In case you missed it, GWM Philippines introduced the all-new Haval H9 last week, offering the second-gen midsize SUV at introductory prices until May 31. The carmaker has now announced that it will have a promo for the GWM Cannon SLUX+ 4x4 as well, via a financing partnership with BDO and RCBC.
Buyers can drive home the range-topping variant of the Cannon with an all-in down payment of P98,000, inclusive of charges, under the financing programs of the aforementioned banks. In addition, they also get free amortization for two months.

Priced at P1,888,000, the Cannon SLUX+ is powered by a 2.4-liter turbodiesel four-cylinder engine that produces 181hp and 480Nm of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drivetrain with torque-on-demand deliver power to the wheels. Standard features include a sports bar, a bed roll cover, mud guards, door visors, and exclusive GWM decals. It’s also equipped with advanced driver-assist systems like automatic emergency braking, blind-spot and collision warnings, lane-centering and lane-change assist, and traffic-sign recognition.
As with the Haval H9 introductory prices, the Cannon SLUX+ promo is available only until May 31. “This partnership reflects our continued commitment to making GWM vehicles more accessible to Filipino customers,” said Dax Avenido, GWM Philippines brand head, of its collaboration with BDO and RCBC. “Following the strong reception of the GWM Haval H9, we are sustaining our momentum by introducing practical financing programs that make it easier for more Filipinos to experience the GWM Cannon SLUX+.”
