Isuzu Philippines (IPC) has crowned Isuzu Cagayan de Oro as its 2024 Dealer of the Year. These annual awards celebrate the best and most committed dealers within the IPC network. The best dealers are recognized for their well-versed operations in sales, service, and overall customer satisfaction. These metrics are graded through Isuzu’s international standards that are streamlined from the head offices in Japan.
The 2024 Dealer of the Year podium was completed by Isuzu Calapan in second place, and Isuzu Subic at third. IPC itself is also coming off a big 2024, as the brand claimed its 25th consecutive year at the top of the Philippine truck market.
IPC president Tetsuya Fujita addressed and commended the entire dealer network: “We congratulate our entire dealer network for their outstanding performance in 2024. Their dedication to excellence and customer service has played a crucial role in maintaining Isuzu’s position as the number-one truck brand in the Philippines for 25 consecutive years. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, passion, and commitment our dealers are delivering to our valued customers nationwide.”

While Isuzu Cagayan de Oro was touted as the best overall dealer, IPC also gave out special awards to select employees for their excellent performance. Maria Teresa Recio from Isuzu EDSA was awarded ‘Best Sales Executive of the Year,’ while Isuzu Talisay’s Jorge Garing was given the ‘Truck Elite of the Year Award’ for his aptitude for truck sales.
IPC and its dealer network are looking toward a bright 2025 as they vie for year 26 as the top truck brand in the Philippines.
