Automobili Lamborghini recently marked a milestone when the Italian carmaker produced the 1,000th Aventador LP 700-4. Its owner, Hans Scheidecker, received the keys to his brand-new car from the company's president and chief executive, Stephan Winkelmann.

According to Lamborghini, the productivity of its Sant'Agata Bolognese plant has noticeably increased for the Aventador, taking just a year and three months from the start of its production to reach the 1,000th-unit milestone.
