Toyota Motor's high-end brand has brought in the compact luxury sport-utility vehicle (SUV) equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 dual VVT-i engine for power, and packed with safety and comfort features that can only spell opulence.
The RX350 is an all-wheel drive vehicle running on six-speed sequential-shift automatic transmission that promises a smooth and stable ride.
On the outside, the RX350 is shaped with the Lexus' signature dubbed as "L-finesse" with its sleek form. It comes with a power moonroof with jam protection system, exterior side mirrors with electronic auto dimming, heater and memory features, and an adaptive front lighting system, among other product highlights.
The Lexus SUV can accommodate five people on plush leather seats inside its spacious cabin. Riding safety gets a boost with driver and passenger front, rear and knee airbags, as well as front and rear side and curtain shield airbags that can also protect backseat riders.
With 135,000 units of the RX350 sold annually in the global market over the past three years, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to point out that many motorists have caught and loved the Lexus SUV bug.
No less than Top Gear Philippines editor in chief Vernon B. Sarne has taken the Lexus RX350 for a spin even before the SUV arrived in the Philippine market. Learn more about this swanky ride in the March 2009 issue of Top Gear Philippines magazine.
