Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corp. (MMPC) has announced that the highly anticipated launch of its all-new Mirage subcompact hatchback will take place on November 16. To mark the occasion, the Japanese carmaker is staging what it calls the "Mirage Music Festival and Expo" from November 16 to 18 at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds.
For the three-day expo event scheduled to run from 10am to 10pm, MMPC will have test units of the Mirage and of the company's other models at the venue for prospective buyers to test-drive and scrutinize. Exclusive offers will also be given to car shoppers who purchase a brand-new Mitsubishi at the event.
For the one-night-only Music Festival, top local bands like Pupil, Urbandub, General Luna and Up Dharma Down will take to the stage on November 16. Entry to the event, which opens at 5pm, is free to the public. To avail of the free tickets, everyone is advised to visit any Mitsubishi Metro Manila or Luzon dealerships, inquire about the all-new Mirage, and answer a short survey. For those who've reserved a Mirage under MMPC's pre-order exclusive promo, they are advised to contact the dealership where they booked their reservation to get free tickets.
Besides the free live performances of the country's top bands, MMPC will also raffle off numerous prizes like Apple iPads, Toshiba netbooks and LCD TVs, and Mirage exclusive stuff such as T-shirts and USB drives.
"The Mirage Music Festival and Expo is MMPC's way of celebrating the return of the Mirage brand in the Philippines," MMPC said in a statement. "Moreover, it is also MMPC's sincere appreciation for the continuous confidence and enthusiasm of the public for the Mitsubishi brand."
