Here are the road closures for the 33rd People Power anniversary

A heads-up to whoever’s planning to stay in Manila over the long weekend: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced the road closures for this year’s People Power anniversary celebrations.

In a Facebook post released earlier today, the traffic agency said that there will be a few roads affected on February 23 and 25. That’s this Saturday and Monday next week. Below are the closures:

2019 People Power Anniversary road closures

1. Saturday, February 23, 2019 – EDSA-bound direction of White Plains Avenue, from Corinthian Gardens Gate to EDSA (12:01am to 8pm)
2. Monday, February 25, 2019 – One lane of EDSA, in front of the People Power Monument (6am to 10am)

Also, the agency has announced that number coding will be suspended on February 25.
