It looks like we're in for another round of road repairs and reblockings this weekend.
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has just announced that several roads will undergo reblockings in Manila from 11pm tonight until 5am on Monday, October 1.
According to an advisory the government agency released on Facebook earlier today, a 250.4-square meter stretch of Northbound EDSA--the sixth lane from the center island beside Trinoma Mall--will be affected. A 454.5-square meter stretch Southbound after Eugenio Lopez until Scout Borromeo Street will also be affected.
Along C5, a 753.8-square meter stretch Southbound before Tiendesitas approaching C5 will be affected, the same goes for a 96.8-square meter portion Northbound of A.H. Lacson Avenue from corner Aragon Street to corner P. Florentino Street.
Finally, a 281-square meter part Northbound of Batasan Road before Congress North Gate, third lane, will also be repaired.
