Top Gear Philippines Philippine Car News - Southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard closed from February 23 to March 2

The Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit has released a traffic advisory stating that the southbound part of Roxas Boulevard--from Katigbak Drive to T.M. Kalaw, to be specific--will be closed from February 23 to March 2 to make way for the preparation and staging of the 2015 Shell Eco-Marathon Asia.

Heavy vehicles coming from the port area are advised to turn left on P. Burgos, turn right on Maria Orosa, and then right on T.M. Kalaw to reach their destination.

Light vehicles coming from the port area can use one lane of Roxas Boulvard's northbound half, which has been designated for counter-flowing purposes during the period.

The 2015 Shell Eco-Marathon Asia will be officially held from February 26 to March 1 at the Quirino Grandstand area and will affect the southbound half of Roxas Boulevard across Luneta Park.
