Petron's Lakbay-Alalay goes nationwide

Oil giant Petron Corp. is extending its Lakbay Alalay program to the southern parts of the country in time for the Holy Week.

Lakbay Alalay, Petron's trademark motorist assistance program, is going beyond Luzon as it runs on its 23rd year.

Free service checkups may be availed in 40 Petron stations in Metro Manila, as well as in 14 stations in Northern Luzon, 14 in Visayas, and ten each in South Luzon and Mindanao.

From March 1 to April 12, attendants in select Petron stations will offer free inspection on brakes, tire pressure, and oil and radiator water level.

During the Holy Week itself, when thousands of motorists head for their favorite meditation and vacation spots, the Lakbay Alalay service will include roadside assistance at the North Luzon Expressway, Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, South Luzon Expressway, Star Tollway, and Coastal Road.

Services on April 8, 9, 11 and 12 include free minor car repairs, first aid, emergency phone calls, radiator water, and Treats bottled water on top of radio traffic reports, courtesy of Petron, that will also keep motorists informed about driving conditions.

Petron also supports the Department of Transportation and Communications' Ligtas Lakbay, Tuloy ang Buhay road safety awareness advocacy.
