The Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit, through the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, has just issued an advisory on The Bourne Legacy shoot that will be conducted on Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard in Manila this weekend.
According to the advisory, starting at 1am on February 11 and 13, the westbound lanes of Ramon Magsaysay Ave. from Araneta Ave. to Pureza Street, will be closed to traffic. Although the eastbound lanes of Ramon Magsaysay Ave. will remain open and accommodate the counterflow of traffic, private as well as heavy vehicles are advised to take alternate routes.
Eastbound motorists coming from Legarda and Nagtahan are to proceed to A. H. Lacson St. and turn right either on G. Tuazon St. or España Blvd. to reach their destination.
Westbound motorists coming from Cubao, San Juan and Mandaluyong, on the other hand, are to take Old Santa Mesa St., turn left at Valenzuela St. and then right at Paco/Santa Mesa Road and another right on Pres. Quirino Ave. to reach their destination.
On February 12, starting at 1am, both west and eastbound lanes of Ramon Magsaysay Blvd. from Araneta Ave. to Pureza St. will be totally closed to traffic.
Eastbound vehicles coming from Legarda and Nagtahan are advised to turn right on Pureza St., take a left at Anonas St., followed by another left on Teresa St. and left again on Old Santa Mesa St. before turning right on Ramon Magsaysay Blvd. It should also be noted that during this day, Pureza St. will temporarily be converted into a one way street from Ramon Magsaysay Blvd. up to Anonas St.
Westbound motorists coming from Aurora Blvd., meanwhile, are to turn right on Araneta Ave., turn left on E. Rodriguez Ave. and proceed toward España Blvd. On España, they are to turn left on Lacson St. and head toward Nagtahan to get to their destination.
