Pilipinas Shell just raised the bar in customer service as it launched the Helix Service Centre Lounge where clients may enjoy various perks while waiting for their vehicle.
Customers at the Helix Service Centre Lounge may enjoy resting on comfortable sofas and sipping free coffee, and even check their emails or update social networking accounts via the free Wi-Fi Internet access within the facility while their vehicle is getting automotive, mechanical or tire services.
"Shell is committed to bring the best products and services, be it in our Quality Fuels or our lube bay offerings. We constantly think of ways on how we can achieve customer satisfaction when customers visit our forecourts. Definitely, the more spacious and professionally interior designed lounge in Julia Vargas is a step forward in keeping Shell at the forefront of customer preference and satisfaction," said Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation chairman and president Edgar Chua.
The Julia Vargas station is one of Shell's flagship branches. Its dealer, Engr. Crescencio Fernandez, has been Shell’s partner for amost 50 years.
