Scorching. Sweltering. Sizzling. The adjectives alone are enough to make you break out in a hot sweat. Yes, it's that time of the year again. Summer is fast approaching. Before you know it, the short walk across the parking lot will feel as if you're a slab of lechon roasting on an open inferno. When you get to your car, there's a good chance that the hot door handle will sting your hand. Then once you open the door, the real torture begins.
