As reported by our sister websites here and here, Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde are now married. By showbiz standards their wedding was relatively low-key.
In a time when weddings are more public than ever (what else are those official hashtags for?), as of this writing Maine still hasn’t posted a single photo of her wedding gown on her 4-million-follower-strong IG account. Or her actual wedding for that matter. And that’s perfectly fine. Weddings are personal affairs that can be as private or as public as the bride and groom want it to be.
What we did see are galleries and a video of their prenup content, shot in the US. Naturally, the first thing that caught our attention was the cars. Actually, no, what struck us first was how beautifully shot the cars and the couple were.

The classic American V8, the open road, the light, the close-ups of the faces—this is 100% mood.
The more recent gallery shows a Rolls-Royce Dawn, the last Rolls convertible to be powered by gasoline. With a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 under its hood, it reaches 100kph in less than 5 seconds. It’s the ultimate droptop land yacht, and a perfect backdrop for the beautiful couple. The Dawn may be blisteringly fast, but it also shows how time slows down when you capture the right moments.
And while there’s still no official wedding content, Arjo and Maine gave us probably something better. An official prenup video was released, shot completely in the US. It starts and ends with a languid shot of the Cadillac, but in between are crazy beautiful scenes of driving, drifting, skydiving, flying, roller coasters, amusement parks, arcades, and more.
In between the activities are shots of two souls just happy to be with each other in all their saccharine glory. You can see it in their faces.
