Poblacion, the historic downtown district of Makati City, is a vibrant hotspot in the metro known for its bustling bars, trendy cafes, and nightlife. Anyone who’s gone here knows that finding a safe and convenient parking spot near popular establishments can be notoriously difficult, especially during peak hours and evenings.
While we recently spotted a new multi-level parking lot being built in the area, there aren’t a lot of options right now. Limited one-sided street parking is available outside some restaurants or along side streets during the day, but these often get quickly snapped up. There’s also the risk of getting clamped or towed if you park illegally as some streets are no-parking zones.

If you’re planning a night out in Poblacion, it’s best to use ride-hailing services or get dropped off and picked up instead of driving yourself to minimize the parking hassles. But if you’re the designated driver, there are still some spots nearby where you can park safely and walk to your chosen destination. Here are the best places to park in and near Poblacion, Makati.

Power Plant Mall, an upscale mall in Rockwell Center is another option near Poblacion with a spacious and secure indoor parking area. PEPCO Parking
If you want to park conveniently within easy walking distance from most bars in Poblacion, instead of the side roads, you can try your luck at the PEPCO Parking along 5873 Enriquez Street. This public parking lot is located right across from Good Sh*t Craft and Good Sh*t Coffee, one of the few bike-friendly cafes in the area.
While this privately managed parking lot has accommodating attendants and is near most spots, the parking fee is a bit on the steep side and tends to fill up quickly during peak hours. Prepare to shell out P200 for the first two hours, and an additional P50 for every succeeding hour to park here.
