Mercedes-Benz and Adidas are working together once again. This time, the German brands have reimagined the Adidas Samba, reworking it with inspiration taken from the new S-Class. Originally designed as a football training shoe, the Samba has recently enjoyed attention in the fashion scene, and this latest collab elevates it further.
The shoe’s leather features a subtle grain pattern, evoking the supple upholstery found on Mercedes-Benz interiors. The connection goes further with the diamond pattern found on the S-Class’ seats and backrests being recreated throughout most of the Samba’s upper.

Along the Adidas stripes, the Samba branding has been replaced with a metal tag bearing the Mercedes-Benz wordmark. Likewise, the Benz star takes the place of the Trefoil branding on the tongue, proudly sitting front and center to display the sneakers’ heritage.

The collaborative Samba will come in three colorways: beige, gray, and black. All three versions commit to a dignified monochrome look that reinforces the pair’s luxury automotive aspirations.

Mercedes-Benz’s latest collaboration with Adidas comes as part of its ongoing celebration of ‘140 Years of Innovation’. The automaker shared that both itself and Adidas carry long and succesful histories leading their respective industries: “Both brands are united by a commitment to driving innovation and offering products that move and inspire people while remaining timelessly relevant.”
The Mercedes-Benz Adidas Samba is scheduled to hit shelves online and in select physical retailers on October 13th for $130, or around P8,170.
