Toymakers don\'t make too many BMW die-cast cars compared to the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and Volkswagen. So, when popular toy brands like Hot Wheels and Matchbox release little BMWs, it\'s a good idea to snap them up, especially if you\'re a Bimmer or Euro fan.
In the past two years, Hot Wheels has released the E92 M3, the E92 M3 GT2, the Z4 M Coupe, the retro 2002 and a reissue of the cult classic E30 M3. Matchbox also released the Z4 Roadster and the R1200 Police Motorcycle for its 2012 lineup.
Now, Japanese die-cast toymaker Tomica has released the current BMW Z4 Roadster in trademark colorsOrion Silver Metallic and Deep Sea Blue Metallic. It comes with a unique detail: a detachable roof with a tab that tucks in behind the seats to secure it in place. Topless or with the roof on, these roadsters look good either way.
For a friendly price of P170, these little Bimmers are available at Toys \'R\' Us, Toy Kingdom, selected department stores and specialty toy stores.
