For the most part, helmets are mainly for safety. That said, you can’t deny that these helmets also constitute a huge part of any rider’s getup, so style is of big importance, too.

Sometimes, though, custom helmets can feel a bit over the top—so much so that you’d wonder if safety was being compromised for the sake of style. Ever seen those helmets that look like they were taken right off the set of Alien vs. Predator? If you have, then maybe you understand our predicament.

Of course, safety always comes first when it comes to these types of equipment, that’s why the fact that Bilmola’s helmets are built with shock-resistant thermoplastic material is a win in our books. No word yet if these will be made available here in our market and how much the price tag will be if it arrives. Let’s say that does happen—would you grab yourselves one of these? What do you think?
