Yamaha's XSR155 is one of the most tantalizing beginner-friendly motorcycles in the Philippine market. It lends itself well to custom bike builders, as is the case with this particular example by MC Customs PH. With a brand-new 2020 model as the base bike, MC Customs PH's Marco Clemente turned this timeless neo-retro into a slick one-off build.

This build was as an entry for the Moto Builds Pilipinas 2020 Biker Build Off, where three builders were chosen to give the same base bike, a 2020 Yamaha XSR155, the full custom treatment. MC Customs PH worked its magic on the XSR provided, and this stunning bike was the result.

As you can probably tell with how different this build looks from the base bike, the mods and parts list is pretty extensive. Unsurprisingly, a lot of the parts on this bike are hand-built, including the custom handlebar, aluminum seat cowl, aluminum front fender, fork fairing-mounted headlights, plate holder, and taillight housing.
Other custom-made parts include the fork covers, German leather seat, exhaust pipe and heat shield, and the paintjob from JSH Auto works. Dual sport tires are mounted onto the painted wheels, while the front and rear turn signals have been replaced with integrated Kellermann units from Ride Manila. Finishing it all off is an Atom6 2.0 Carbon Composite 10h protective glass coating by Aegis Detailing Alabang.

And what's more, this bike is currently for sale. For an asking price of P300,000, you get this expertly built Yamaha XSR155 that's bound to make heads turn and jaws drop wherever you ride.
