At the Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori (EICMA) last year, CFMoto made waves with the concepts it unveiled at its display. There was a three-cylinder engine—which eventually became the 675RR—a small 125NK, a track-ready 800NK GP, and an MT-X concept.
It now appears that the last of those is set to be launched, as the Chinese motorcycle manufacturer has just released teasers of what appear to be the production-ready version: the CFMoto 800 MT-X.

No details were unveiled yet, and we merely got glimpses of the bike through a fast-paced Facebook reel which had us pausing at each frame just to get a better look and to grab screenshots. The images you see here are compilations of those screenshots.
What we know so far is that this will have the same KTM-derived engine as the 800MT. What we also see from the photos is that it’ll have a more off-road-oriented build compared to the 800MT which was built more for touring purposes. The 800 MT-X will also feature colorways similar to the 450MT, which I think is pretty cool.
Unfortunately, that’s really all that we have. So instead of babbling further about nothing, we’ll share with you CFMoto’s video—scroll on below. Let’s all keep an eye out for this upcoming launch, because it’ll either be happening at EICMA in November, or a lot sooner than that.
