Ducati has just revealed new white livery for the Panigale V2, and we’d be lying if we said the popular red finish still looked better.
This new design is the White Rosso, and it features a color that the Italian motorcycle manufacturer refers to as ‘Star White Silk.’ It probably doesn’t look as sporty as the red Panigale, but we think it looks way classier. Besides, it hasn’t abandoned its original colors as it still has some nice red accents around the body. The red wheels add even more to that sleek appeal, too.
Francesco ‘Pecco’ Bagnaia of Pramac Racing was the lucky guy to have tested the Panigale V2 at the Misano World Circuit, and it’s safe to say that the guy was more than impressed with the new-look superbike.
“Since 2016, my personal motto has been #GoFree. For me it means living in a light-hearted and carefree way, having fun, and giving priority to the things you love to do. I think the Panigale V2 fits well with this definition and reflects my way of being,” said Pecco. “The new white livery is very beautiful and different from the usual. It has a very strong and decisive character and personality.”
The Panigale V2 is powered by a 955cc Superquadro twin-cylinder engine that generates 155hp and 104Nm of torque. It is equipped with high-performance parts like the Sachs steering damper and the Brembo brake system. It also packs an arsenal of extra features such as different ride modes (Race, Sport, and Street) and a 4.3-inch color dashboard display.
What do you think of the redesigned Panigale V2? Do you dig this, or you prefer the bike in red?
