With Thailand serving as Ford's production hub for the all-new Focus for the Asian Pacific region, it's only natural that the American carmaker will hold its regional launch at the Bangkok International Motor Show.
To be built at Ford's Rayong plant in Thailand, the Asia-Pacific-market Focus will be offered with either a 123hp, 1.6-liter engine or a 2.0-liter, 168hp mill. They are both equipped with gasoline direct injection system.
Some of the features that are offered with the Asia-Pacific-region Focus that may or may not come with the Philippine-market version are the self-parking system, the automatic braking system, the blind-spot information system, Ford's SYNC hands-free and voice-activated in-car connectivity system, and the keyless entry with power start function.
If you happen to be in Bangkok from March 28 to April 8, we advise you to drop by the 33rd Bangkok International Motor Show at Impact, Muang Thong Thani, to check out the Candy Red Sport+ five-door hatchback and the Ingot Silver Titanium+ four-door sedan at the Ford booth.
